This antecedent allowed the creation of the Institute IE in 1999,(AutMEC) where offers courses for Spanish professors that already have experience teaching and courses to form new, in both cases the applicants can be native or no-native of the language.

Certificates

Once approved a course, with a superior average to 70% in qualifications and 90% in attendance, the student receives a first certificate granted by the Ministry of Education of the Ecuador and a second certificate emitted by the Institute IE which certifies her participation and the reached qualifications..

The Certificate emitted by the Ministry of Education of the Ecuador can be legalized in the Ministry Relationships Exterior to credit its validity abroad. (According to the agreement of The Hague in 91 countries).

MARCIA GARCIA	Graduate in Castellano and Literature (1990); it Grants a doctorate in Educational Investigation in the Central University of the Ecuador (1993); 18 years like teacher of Spanish; Academic directress and Examiner of schools of Spanish of Ecuador and Spain; Author of the System IE, Teacher of the university San Francisco of I Remove, AECON Canadian manufacturers of the new airport and current Directress founder of International IE of Spanish.
MARISOL HERRERA	Graduate in Castellano and literature in 1990; It grants a doctorate in Educational Investigation in the Central University of the Ecuador in 1993; current teacher of the Trent University of Canada and professors' instructor of Spanish in the Institute IE.
VERONICA SANTAMARIA	: Graduate in Languages in the plurilingual specialty: English, French and Spanish for foreigners of the Central University of the Ecuador (2000); 10 years like Spanish teacher for foreigners; current Academic coordinator of Christopher Columbus Spanish School of Quito and current instructor of the Institute IE.
CARMEN ORTEGA	Graduate in Trade and Administration of the Central University of the Ecuador; 13 years like teacher of Spanish; current Directress of schools Spanish of Quito and teacher of the Institute IE.
ALEXANDRA FLORES	Graduate in Languages in the Plurilingual specialty: English, French and Spanish for foreigners in the Central University of the Ecuador (2005); 4 years like Spanish teacher for foreigners and professors' current instructor of Spanish in the Institute IE.

The professor of Spanish.- Their situation in the world.

The market of professors of Spanish is in peak in the Ecuador and in the whole world, only in countries like USA and Brazil they are needed 200.000 professors approximately to cover a demand of around 4`100.000 students.

In the same way in Asia, the growing social and commercial exchange with Latin America also power this language, although this time like second language after English and in Europe Spanish reaches the range of third language.

The Ecuador at the present time has become in the main destination for the learning of the Spanish language in South America, for this reason the institute IE, besides qualifying the professors, locates them in the Centers of teaching of Spanish of the equator where in a professional way they will offer its services.
